Dr. Kendra Lucas, PT, DPT, NBC-HWC, MCWC takes a holistic treatment approach and focuses on addressing your movement, fitness, stress, well-being, and lifestyle habits for comprehensive, whole-person care. As a dedicated movement expert and collaborative coach, she brings years of experience and a genuine passion for helping clients reach their health and wellness goals. Dr. Kendra leads with a kind heart, brings a warm, positive energy to every encounter, and makes your dreams her own! She values building authentic relationships and finds joy in helping others succeed.

Dr. Kendra specializes in aquatic therapy, hypermobility, chronic pain recovery, lifestyle medicine, and nervous system regulation.

She values lifelong learning and is a licensed Physical Therapist, Clinical Specialist in Aquatic Therapy, Certified in Finding Functional Foundations™, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, ACLM Lifestyle Medicine Coach, ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, TRX® Qualified Instructor, HeartMath® Certified Practitioner, HeartMath® Stress and Well-Being Assessment Provider, Mindfulness-Based Pain Relief Practitioner, and Certified in Rest and Restore Protocol™.

In her free time, she enjoys Pilates, event planning, coffee, hiking, birdwatching, ballroom dancing, going to Dorothy Lane Market, and spending time with her amazing husband (Steve), family, and friends. She loves ALL things mermaid related and even has a mermaid-themed home office!
